Hi there,

Has anyone tried the 30 plus essential health for women tablets or something similar? They are suppose to "assist in the relief and symptoms related to hormonal fluctuations or imbalances beginning in the 20"s and increasing through to peri-menopause. They assist with such things as Anxiety, Mood changes, Irritability, Tiredness etc etc. I have never been a big believer in such tablets but I am sick of feeling so **** I decided to try them. I have also been diagnosed as being Iron deficient so the doctor has put me on some decent Iron pills. If anyone has felt better after taking tablets such as the essential 30 plus then I would really like to hear it. For about $35 for 60 tablets you would hope that they would work. :fingerscrossed:

kaiad, I have been taking these for a while now. I dont know if they have actually made a difference or not, as I am feeling pretty rotten, being 8 wekks post partum. And I had only taken them for a short time after my son before falling pregnant again.

Have they made you feel any better?

I have tried many different tablets to help me with everything and none of them worked but one brand. Have you heard of Usana? I have been taking tablets from this company now for 6+months and I feel great. I have also had pnd in the past but so far there has been no signs of it and I think it is because of these tablets. I have also found that my mood swings have stoped and I am not as tired.
If you would like to know more about these tablets here (http://rebeccawilliams.usana.com/mystory_en.cfm) is the link to the website of the person I buy them off. Or you can pm me.

I found the 30+ work wonders with me. I have been taking them for quite a while. I didn't notice much of a difference until I had been taking them for 2 months. I stopped them a few months ago but was back to feeling terrible again with very heavy painful periods. I went back on them and felt better again. Never stopping them again.

I used to take Blackmores PMT formula. That is until I was pregnant again! They are fantastic and now that my cycle seems to be returning to normal (blah) I have a feeling (that yukky depressing pre-menstrual one) that I had better get back on them!
