anyone:laughing:
Hi,
If you want to put in no effort just go and grab masterfoods middle eastern spice blend.... coat really well (leave to marinate for a little while if you can) and then pan fry... if you want it a little moister you can put in a bit of oil.... but I generally just sprinkle generously over the meat.....yummy with middle eastern cous cous that you can buy at woolies - in with the packet pastas/rices etc
Also try greek..... great for chops
Or put together some oregano, garlic lemon zest and a bit of olive oil and marinate, bbq or pan fry squeeze lemon over to serve...
Anything with herbs, redwine, garlic, balsamic vinegar...............................
You can't go wrong with lamb.....

hi there
the best lamb marinade i have and i use it all the time on roasts and racks and chops is
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
and either sugar or honey to sweeten it up
(honey makes it sweeter)
everyone loves it and it works a treat:)

oh yuuuum:):) my mum does a marinade like that for chicken wings. never thought to try it with lamb, but will have to do.
A little oil, red wine, garlic and rosemary works too. Mmmmm!
