Books 'N Babes - UPDATE

Hi all,

Now that my son's first birthday is over with I can concentrate on this thread again and see how you are all doing? I hope you have all enjoyed the book as much as I have (although I did find some parts, especially the description of Cassie and Rory's marriage to be disturbingly familiar in terms of the division of household labour!)

There was some discussion about which day would suit everyone best to catch up this week, so I am going to go with Thursday and given that the weather has turned quite cool, I will suggest that we have it at my place. That way we can have tea or coffee and you can change your bubbas if needs be with no dramas. If anyone lives on the southside and needs a lift or directions let me know.

I will PM my number and address to everyone who has replied to this thread before, and you can let me know if you are coming.

Hi all,

Given that I only have one starter for tomorrow, I am going to suggest that we postpone for two weeks and that will give everyone a chance to check their diaries, and also for those who have not finished the book to plough through it.

So, I will say we will meet at the same time and place, just change the date to Thursday, 8 June 2006
