and I am certainly no saint lol

I am so so so so so so so angry I have just called the place we are getting DDs wheelchair from as they are ment to finaly back from there super long holiday today and what do you know there not there GRRR, yes you may be thinking its only a day but NO its not i ordered this chair back in mid november and was told that we hopefuly will get it before christmas, then when it was deposit payed and all that jazz I was told NO chance before christmas hopeing for week after, Then they tell me know we are going to be closed til the 12th of jan so wont be till then, I call on the 12th of jan and the answer phone says not back till today so I call them today and the answer phone mesage is on all the time and they are still not back from holidays, Look I know people need holidays and all but this is really upseting me, We ordered though them that order through sydney that order from the US if they was going to be off for so long why didnt they just get it sent to us via sydney or tell us go to the other supplier KWIM

I am also wondering with them being of for so long how would sydney get stuff deleivered to them so does that then mean if have to wait once they are back to get it sent I certainly hope not, I want my little girls wheelchair that we have payed for, We are ment to be going to Kingpark tomorow with play group and DD wont be able to go in her loanerw chair as it is to big and unstable to go out side with so with out the chair we cant go, We have been waiting now over 2 months

As well as this we are stil waiting on DDs new feeding pump to arive that we have also been waiting on for months and months that wasnt sent til the 4th of december due to complications that the supplier was having in the US but still thats what 6 weeks that its been in transit

What is is with making little kids wait for medical equiptment and stuff Im so so so so so so upset about this I know i keep goingon and on about it but it is so unbeleivable frustrating to wait for so long on needed equiptment that has been payed for and should be here KWIM

arrrrrr sory about another vent im just sick of it

Oh that is just ridiculous:( Your poor little girl :hugs::hugs: that is so unfair she has to miss a day out because of their stuffing around. I hope it doesn't take too much longer for her.

There is another mum in the UK that I know through our Facebook group that would be screaming in frustration right along with you right now. SHe has been waiting for ages and ages for her little girls jazz chair to arrive and it finally has after months. Now she has to wait 2 weeks till a technician can come out and put it together.

You are so right though. It shouldnt be this hard to obtain equipment you have already paid for. Other things can be freighted in a week or two, why not medical?

That's so cr*p Amy. I don't know what else to say.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
I get annoyed waiting for my fluffy mail let alone a wheel chair or feeding pump.

Honestly you always seem so calm and together, I really am in awe of you. Don't know how on earth you do it.

:fingerscrossed: they return from their nice long break tommorrow (which you can bet did NOT involve a child with a wheelchair....)

I know your anger all too well.
A few of my friends waited a long long time for their little one's chairs too. They take forever!

I hope you get it soon.:hugs::hugs::hugs:

Aaaah ok yeah I remember you were saying something about it coming from somewhere & that it was from the U.S just couldnt remember if that was the hospital organising it or what !

Its so stupid that you have to even go to these lengths to get a freaking decent pump !!!!!

Gosh I really hope it just turns up on your doorstep this week & that the chair arrives no later than next week :fingerscrossed:

Still not good enough but at least you have them then !!!
