Confusion ?????

Hello Everybody,
THough we had conceived last month but good old af arrived(which i think it was) ,What had happened was that usually the cycle was 32days and i was seven days late and then on the eighth day bright red blood was there in the moning slight cramping pain which i dont usually have, so im a bit confused about what had happened??? Also has anyone tried maca root?? .This cycle if i count 32days which was yesteday and af hasnt arrived!!

Do you mean you had a one day bleed 8 days after your period was due or you had a proper period but it was 8 days late?
If it was only a one day bleed go do a pregnancy test.
If it was a proper period but 8 days late maybe you ovulated later than usual do you chart your cycles? If this is the case and af was late and is late again could be you have ovulated late again.

Like ringneck asked was it just a one day bleed? Sounds like it could be an implantation bleed if it was.

The bleed last 4 days but the problem was that it was red than normal and with cramping ?? So i dont know
