We have had some stuff stored for over a year some of which are toys Id love to bring them out for DD to play with but unsure what I should use to clean them with that 1 ) wont damage the toys and 2 ) wont make dd sick

Thanks in advance

How about Milton's solution? Assuming they're hard plastic toys. That is what we do when we get toys second hand at the baby and kids market.

You could also call a toy library and ask them what they use to clean toys. They must be experts!

Good luck.

If they are soft or stuffed toys try putting them in the washing machine in a lingerie bag or mesh drawstring bag on a gentle cycle. Use some dettol or canesten antiseptic wash to give them a deep clean.

Toy Library recommends bicarb and water or vinegar and water then dry in sunlight

Hello! I know I've been slack about catching up, but I'm getting there slowly.. Kira is much better now. Back on topic, I have a bottle of Sol-U-Mel at home that you can have. We used it on Poss's and it worked a treat as Mela usually does. Let me know! Hope A-banana (hahaha ) is doing good, Poss keeps asking for her!
