Cushie Tushies - UNREAL customer service!

So I put a layby of coutures from cushie tushies on layby end of last year for the new bubs to be... and finally paid it off last payday... and they arrived in the post!

First of all they are ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! :D but secondly... they had oversold on a couple of the prints I'd asked for... so they replaced them with some gorgeous other ones.... and then put in TWO free nappies for the "inconvenience"!

I almost died when I opened the parcel and found 9 nappies in there! :eek:

I defaintely wasn't expecting a free nappy.... need alone two! Just replacing them with funky prints would have been enough!

I am completely blown away though! What unreal customer service! :goodvibes:

Wow that is awesome! That gives me a little more faith in the human race. I've noticed alot lately how customer service on a whole is slipping. Congrats and enjoy =)

I've had fantastic customer service from Booroi. :yes:

On my first order of all those prefolds, they gave me for free some bamboo fleece fitteds.. They are SO silky and they don't even sell them on the website yet. :p

:yelclap::yelclap::yelclap: I have always found them to have great customer service too! The nappies don't fit DS so well anymore, which is a shame, as I LOVE the prints, but she has always been soooo helpful!
