30th B'day gift ideas??

Help!! I have to buy my friend a gift for her 30th birthday, and I have only got tomorrow to do it!!
I have only 1 idea, and don't know how I'll go getting it, so I need some more ideas.

So, it's for a female, mother of 1. No hobbies as such, and not really into needing the best of things, yk? I don't think the massage idea would be her, but not too sure what would be...

Check out Red Balloon Day; we had a no-notice birthday and printed out a 3 options page. We let him choose which one he wanted to do and my DF went along for the day...they ended up doing a flying trapeze session...they still talk about how much fun it was.
Giving the options also saved us purchasing it straight up but you can pay for whichever one you choose online and print out a Gift Certificate stating what/ when/ how, etc.

I think there are some 30th birthday gifts such as movies, books, shirts, music that makes birthday great.
