Role Playing

Hi everyone,

I just thought i'd ask everyone about the role playing games that their toddlers play. my daughter is 3 next week and is a very "girly" girl. at the moment, she just adores the Disney Princesses - cinderella, snow white, jasmine, sleeping beauty etc. ever since daddy took her to see princesses on ice, she's been obsessed. we read the books over and over again (editting out the violent bits - think the wicked queen wanting snow white's heart cut out :eek: ). now she runs around the house with the broom, cleaning and muttereing to herself that she won't have time to finish her dress before the ball, and, lucky me - i get to be the evil stepmother !

anyway, i just love to watch her playing and talking to herself, so i thought i'd ask what other kids out there are playing

At 19 months, Chloe's favorite game is still playing peekaboo with her stuffed bears and a baby doll I got her. She covers their face up and mimics the words & facial expressions we use when we play peek a boo with her, before revealing their face to us with a look of surprise and achievement.
