Small pocket pattern?

Hi,
I want to make my own nappies for my upcoming baby. I'm thinking about making pocket nappies in a small size but i can't seem to find a small free pattern. I want it to fit up until about 7kg because then i have some BBH magicalls to use.

Can anyone suggest a pattern?

I have all the material ready but just cant decide on what pattern i should use! I dont want to make a bunch of nappies that won't fit until about 7kg.
