Hi,

On the news recently they were talking about growth charts suitable for breastfed babies as opposed to bottle fed - does anyone know where these may be available from?

My DS was sitting between 1 - 3% for his weight, but in the last two months is not even making 1%, the first month it didn't bother me because I thought that it wasn't so bad, but now it is two months and he is going sideways while the line on the chart goes up. The child health nurse said not to worry as breast fed babies often have a dip - but it is hard not to worry when he is so little. He is over 8 months old and only 6.6 kilos:( .

If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I heard something about this too. may even have been on here?? I thought they were going to start putting them in the little health books you get at the hospital where all the milestones etc are marked down. Maybe a large maternity hospital could help or the Breast feeding assoc - I would assume they would get hold of them if they existed yet.
Good luck.
