Chicken and Brocoli ideas

Well, i was going to make a chicken and brocolli quiche for dinner and have already prepared the afore mentioned ingredients.

Then i cracked the frist egg... and it was rotten :barf: So im a bit off eggs for today. Any ideas of what i can make with the chicken and broc?

My mum makes chicken and broccoli cheesy bake...yum!
just st`eam broccoli and sear chicken then pop in baking dish cover with cheese sauce and bake for 30-40 mins, pull out 10 mins before done and top with grated cheese....:)

I've actually just remembered a pasta that i used to make with brocolli, evaporated milk, parmesan, garlic and sundried tomatoes. It ends up like a pesto sauce, and the chicken will go nicely too.
