Im so sick of feeling flat, tired and generally almost passing out whenever I stand up due to my low blood pressure

My blood pressure is anywhere between 88/40 and 90/50. 90/50 is on a good day!

Anyone else with this problem? Are there any ways to help cope with this and help me function as a mother again.

Im so so so tired, cranky, moody and everytime I stand up, I have to stop as I can feel the wave of faintness heading in. Even bending down to get DS2 out of his cot is too much!

Ive been doing some reading on the condition and looked at some tips, a few tips were to cut down on Carbs (I only eat small amounts anyway, like a multigrain sandwich for lunch) drink more water (I drink 2 Litres a day anways) cut down on alcohol ( I dont drink) and INCREASE my salt intake (yuck!)

Does anyone have some tips? I would be greatly appreciative of anything suggested. Im sick of this, I want to be a mother to my kids!

ETA: Forgot to add, Im also sitting here in 30 degree heat with a JUMPER on as Im cold :(
