Are you trying to get over the phone advice, or book an appointment?

Hmm never mind, maybe try calling the ABA helpline and talking to them. They will be able to refer you to someone or somewhere.

I am happy to chat over the phone about it (I think DS2 is suffering from lactose overload) but would go in for an appointment if she/he thought it was necessary.

Ok hold on, I will find what else I can that might help.
The ABA are great. When I had mastitis they were invaluable.
And you can call them at any hours (the regular number will give you numbers of the women on call) which is a plus considering I always seem to wait until its far too late.
If you are trying to get one on one contact maybe try the hospital (armadale for you I guess?). Most of them have lactation consultants on ward. I did a course pre-baby with one at bentley and she was great.
Goodluck!

Not yet but will try the ALCA tomorrow.
Milliner have tried the 1800 for ABA.
Not sure if the oncall ABA ladies will be able to help though as I want to speak to someone who is experienced in tandem feeding too...

Im pretty sure Samara has this too Babymaker and its why she rarely sleeps more then 2 hours and wants to feed constantly. She is very windy (farts alot!!) and poos constantly and is a real chubba! Im trying the 3 hours of one side only today to see if it helps!!

Tried calling the La Leche League and she was hopless spent the entire time trying to tell me that I didnt know how to settle Oliver and talking at me, not listening to what I was saying.
I looked in the yellow pages online and called a lady named Cathy who was great! she thinks I have an over supply and the chopping and changing which breast I am offering when Oliver is upset is increasing my supply and not letting him get enough hind milk. So she reccomended just offering one breast (like the ABA website said) for the 3ish hrs then change to the next breast for the next 3ish hrs and do you know what??? for the first time Oliver is actually settled during this time of the day- he is sleeping and has been for 1hr :D
Kezza if you want her number let me know :)
I had something similar to this. I still only ever offer one breast.
Over eager boobies :D

Bugger.
Maybe give them another call when you have some free time and make a complaint.
I would expect MUCH more from the LLL.
