Help where do i start in my certifate lll

I finally got some of my work to start my at home course i got 2 booklets that are filled with so much work.Not that,that is the problem i was scanning through the work and i just dont know where to start i didnt really understand anything its was just everywhere.Where do i start and how did you get your answers what helped you.Im so confused and i havent even started it.The questions,the tasks everything is just so werid.

First thing i do is to organise what i have. Have all the work set out in the order it needs to be done.
Once it is in order start from the beginning and only focus on one task at a time.
Don't worry about understanding everything right away just do a little bit at a time.
Keep all your work in a folder so it is neat and easy to get to if you need to go back and check it later on and label everything.
