I wonder how many hubbers out there who have made the formal decision not to marry whether a you would register your relationship :detective:

I noticed that you can now do this in Vic with BDMs and you can revoke the same relationship. Do you see this as an alternative under the law or something more for same sex couples??

I don't see the need to formalize my relationship with any authority. I thought 'hubby' was on the same page - then he proposed, I laughed and it hasn't been mentioned again.:footinmouth:

I can see why some people would want some sort of formalization without the whole wedding pulava, though.

DP and I go back in forth over this. We've discussed maybe just going to the courthouse, I think it is, and just doing the registering thing. But then again, we don't really feel the need for a piece of paper to kind of define our relationship.
But its good for those not wanting the whole shebang deal thingy.

We havent decided not to marry, but i would consider just registering the relationship. We just want the party afterwards :D
Our relationship is what it is despite the peice of paper, and it is just as worthy of a celebration as any other!
