Bubs movement causing pressure at cervix

Ok, heres what it feels like... Bub pushing his feet off something until i have sometimes emence (sp?) pressure - im presuming around the cervix. Sometimes i get like a pulse kind of feeling, other times it just eases off...

I know if i ring the midwives they will say come up here, but i dont have a car, the money for a cab and DH is away for work for the night. Im pretty sure its nothing... Prob bub gettting squeezed cause i had a emotional blah just before, but any ideas about what it is or how to relieve it?

I'm getting this a bit too, I think it's the bubs head getting engaged in the cervix and pressing on some nerves down there. I think it's pretty normal but can be pretty uncomfortable, I find a warm bath helps and lying on my side, rather than sitting... long walks can also make it worse.
