New mum's group

Hey all. I have a 3mth old and have found there is no groups in my area for first time mums with children under 6mths and I don't know anyone and am getting a little lonely. I was wondering if anyone was interested in starting a first time mums group around the Dandenong area or if anyone knows of any. We could meet at different places or maybe at different people's houses. If anyone is interested please email, msn or post a reply.

I can't help you as my son is nearly 4- you should try ringing the maternal health nurse or the council for phone numbers of existing groups.

Hi. There is a melbourne mums get together organised for this wednesday (27th). We're meeting outside Pumpkin Patch & DJ's at Chadstone at 10.30am. Then we can go and have coffee & chat at the DJ's cafe, or the other one near it.

It's the first time we're all meeting, so the more the merrier. Hope you can make it.
