Congratulations to Claire, Scott and Big Brother Oliver on the SPEEDY and SAFE arrival of Alyssa May.



Alyssa arrived with haste at 951am this morning and weighs in at 8lb 6oz!



A beautiful little girl, with 2 VERY proud parents, and an EXCITED big brother! Well done Claire, you clever woman!

Steven, Oliver, George and I were very honored to be able to pop in and see Claire this arvo.

Alyssa is sooooo cute. She's the daintiest little bub Ive ever seen (even though she's not really all that small, she looked it).

Claire is on a high, and rightly so! Clever thing is up and about already and looks like a natural!

Scott was looking tired, but proud as punch!

And Oliver is going to be a fantastic big brother. :)

You cant see it in the picture but she has the MOST hair Ive ever seen, swear its an inch or more longer and THICK and DARK BROWN! :)

Yeah we are doing ok

Milk came in today oh they joys lol but hopefully it will keep her fuller for longer and she may sleep a bit better tonight.

Good a few hours sleep this arvo when oliver had a nap and she had a feed and slept for a while to so that was good!

She is 52cm long and her hear circ is 36

comparing to oliver who weighed 7 pound 1 was 50.5cm long and his head was 34cm thats not to bad hey lol

she still doesnt look like she is 8 pound! she is to wittle lol

right now she has the hiccups poor thing they r so big her whole body jumps awwww

i love her hair, mum says mine was exactly the same when i was born then it all fell out n grew back really light.

Oliver is 3 and a half now!! its gone so fast

Oliver and George have both been top 3% for their height at birth. So Im guessing she must be too! 52cm for a girl is long! :)

Olivia was 53cm at birth and that was taller than the average boy...

I think the average for a girl is around 49/50 and a boy around 50/51, isn't it?

Oliver was 52.5 and George was 53.5. :)
