Brillant customer service!!!

I was so impressed by Pumpkin Patch I had to tell everyone!!

I bought a pair of Maternity jeans at 20 weeks pg and the sales assistant helped me chhose a pair that would fit - they turned out to be the worst pair of pants ever - kept falling down and even at 38 weeks pg, they still wouldn't stay up (they are the stretch jeans with large elastic waist and no adjusters)
I kept wearing them with a tight belly band to hold them on however kept getting more and more frustrated -

I e-mailed there customer service and complained however said with no receipt and having worn them alot, I just wanted to give them product feedback - they e-mailed me within an hour, giving me a postage paid address to return them to and they will refund the purchase price (without receipt) in voucher!!!! They apologised and said that i was probably sold a size too big

Well done Pumpkin Patch - You really stand by your product!!!!

P.S. I have never worked for them etc!!!!!!!!!!!

I am having the EXACT same problem with a pair of maternity pants I bought from Target recently.
I've worn them a few times, they fit ok when I bought them but now after a few wears and washes they won't stay up :no:
I want to take them back but I'm not game. I'm so peeved though, I will not buy anymore of their maternity wear. It's not like they were cheap either - $40 bucks.

Shame i wasn't given the same CS when i went to return a top, with tags AND receipt. It was a summer maternity singlet top where one of the straps was twisted (stitching error).
They insisted they can only exchange... but they didn't have another in my size either. She was insisting i go to another store, but i'd bought it frm there and for a function that was THAT evening. :rolleyes:
Was a pain. They ended up refunding (don't mess with a hormonal woman) but i couldn't believe she caused grief.
Shame I can't stop going there though. It's hard finding good quality boys clothes anywhere else. :rolleyes:

That is great customer sevice! The silly sales assistant that sold you them in the first place needs at the least re training!
