She bites the other babies!!

Help!!! My dd has bitten 3 babies in a week! She took skin off the nose of one bub and has chomped a few others. She is nearly 1yr old so im not sure what i can do apart from saying no and moving her away from bitten baby. I then take her over and we 'apologise' to the bub but i just feel awful. any tips?

My daughter did this for a few months. I got some advice from a lady who specialised in gentle solutions, Eliza would often bite me when tired and often kids but liked to feel the material on her gums if this sounds normal. She was ike a piranah often lunging towards kids. I was advised to stimulate her sensors with playdoh and lettiing her put her hands in jelly...it has seemed to stem the problem as she explores with touch rather than with her mouth which is often the way for littleys to explore ( putting things in there mouth). Eliza didnt know what she was doing and often smiled after doing it because it felt "nice". I was a little sceptical but we havent had an incident even when tired in the last 3 months.

My Mum bit me back when I was little apparently!! I never did it again!! :laughing: THis day & age though it might be classed as abuse though. So not nessasarily "good" advice!! :rolleyes: :laughing:
