blended familys

i have three children from a prevoius marriage and two from my current husband and now we have my husband 13 yo daughter living with us fulltime, At times the children get along fine but most of the time they are unnessaraly rude to each other snapping at each other for no reason, fighting, swearing and telling each other they are being spoilt. I myself feel left out and not loved because i am not getting any attention my self as i used to before my step daughter came into the picture. My husband told my older three children they are jealous of his daughter which is the truth because she comes first and allways is all over him following him everywhere spending time with her and not the others which is what they crave. He buys her and my son (to him) lollies, softdrinks brings them home in front of the other children and i tell him of you buy for one buy for all as it is unfair. then he just shruggs his shoulders and says nothing. I also tell him all the children should be treated equal no favourites. same rules apply to all the children.
Has any one felt like this or am i over reacting?

I know i have to talk to him but i dont know how because in the past he listens then doesn't do anything about it or says i am over reacting:ecomcity: .(blah is what he is thinking when i am talking to him).( don't get me wrong i love him dearly and he is a good man and i know he loves me)
