Hello every oneI have a freind whos almost 3 year old has been diagnosed with a rair disorter its eather called kbg or kgb that was almost a year ago i have tryed to be there and suport her but every few days she says she doesnt think her child is disabled and that doctors have got it wrong then next time she is saying her child has a disability but not what the doctors say and that she thinks its this and that and when i ask her could it be she has this or that she then says that she doesnt think her child has a disability it has now got to the point were i dont want to talk to her any more but i dont just want to stop being there for her .How do i tell her eather her child has a disability or not she cant keep this going i have a special needs child my self

As a mum with a child with a rare condition I can sympathise with you and your friend. Some days denial is great where as other days you have to face the music. Maybe just avoid the subject and be there when she needs it as we all handle and cope with things differently.
