What gift do i get for...

a) someone who i see regularly at playgroup, but not outside. She is getting married soon, and although im not invited, id like to get her a small gift as a nice gesture.

b) DPs aunt who is getting married for the second time to her long time partner. They have said no gifts, but once again id like to give something.

Any ideas? preferably under $50?

how about a nice photo frame or album for photos? We used more than one album for ours....

A nice photo frame/album is always good for both.
Perhaps a silver plated one, you can get engraved?

A hamper, you can get stuff for honeymoon? Massgae oil, wine, choccys?

When my Mum got remarried she was given a tree in a pot which had a marker put in with a phrase which went something along the lines of 'I hope your love always grows strong like this tree' or something or a rather.

For a friend I would think something small like a blue lace hanky for her something borrowed, something blue laddee dah
