Black or Silver??????

Well the pics of the dresses are in my other thread... One is a pink colour the other is balck, now I am having a pink and black theme, my dress will be white, with pink and black, just after an opinion on our shoes....

Should we have Black or Silver shoes???

What do you think would go best with all 3?????

Not going to have matching shoes, but I would like similar style, as in strappy, flat or heeled I'm not too fused as it's a garden wedding...as long as they arent taller than me..lol...

But yeah unsure of the colour....

A friend of a friend had aqua blue bridesmade dresses with a pink sash and matching pink shoes. It looked gorgeous! :yes:

She got the girls to buy the shoes in ivory and then got them colored at a shoe makers shop. Im assuming its a pretty easy done thing! :)

Otherwise I would pick silver and then silver jewelrey!

I thought about Pink, but then I was concerned that it would be too much Pink for the girl with the Pink dress, but then might look odd for the girl in the balck dress to have pink as the pink would match one dress but not the other.. hmm but then I never thought I could have the same issue with Black shoes too....with the black dress etc...

Thanks amy86, they are simple, but I love them, as I can add a personal touch to dress them up.. and not too over the top for a garden wedding, the girls can easily wear them again... Very very exciting... Thought I'd have to wait until AGES after I have this baby..lol

i think silver to break it u a little iykwim like it might be too matching with black shoes but then i havent seen the dresses yet ill go check them out first hang on hehhehe

I didnt think bout that, with the shoe colours and the dresses. I think black shoes with the pink dress and pink shoes with the black dress would look fantastic but it is getting a bit fiddly...so silver would be easier and just as nice! :)

Does it matter that MY jewellery is GOLD?? Both girls already wear silver, but I only wear gold and stainless steel..lol... Which I plan on fitting in with the colour scheme too cos the piercings stay...

Maybe I should just get a nice simple necklace in Silver and go silver for the day, wedding ring and engagement rings are gold, but DF will either have white gold or silver wedding ring as gold doesnt suit him at all....

Id say go silver with the shoes or as another PP said pink with the black dress and black with the pink dress :thumbsup:

8th row down 4th dress in, the chick near the pool...

But having Pink tips at the ends and black beading where it gathers near the side on the right, and on left top strap area...(well that is the plan...still not 100% decided on that)

These are most of my plans already, with some minor adjustments, such as the bridesmaids dresses, and 1 of the bridesmaids has changed so different hair colour, which is why I bought in the black dress instead of 2 hot pink dresses...

It's not very 'conventional'..lol..but neither am I...so it works well and is very ME...

Wedding is not until November 09 but had to grab these dresses as you are right, bargains are important...Just hope I can find someone to make my dress at a bargain price too...lol.

I think the bridesmades in same style but different color dresses look FABULOUS!!! Or bridesmades in dresses that are the same colour but different styles...so they suit each persons style/body shape!
