or do i just watch her..
my nearly 9month old is just doing things at a really fast rate i dont know what im spose to do. my son never did anything like this till 10.5months
please also tell me if this is fast or normal coz i wouldnt know but here is what she is doing. only in the last few days.
she has mastered sitting so much so she can go from laying down to sitting position in seconds.
she claps.
she says bubba and bub
she climbs up on objects to standing position and holds it while nudging sidewards..
at one stage she has stood by her self.
when she falls she will almost always fall on her butt..good balance.
wants to feed constantly still though.. gets bored of toys easily..
do i help her or do i just sit and watch her. i dont know wether im spose to help her advance already or not. she seams so little to do all these things. :(

My son was crawling at 8 months, and doing all those things. Just let her go...
just let her do it. Don't try to stop her doing any thing, just enjoy it :)

:iagree:
I wouldn't help her, just let her go and do it at her own pace.
My DD1 was walking around furniture at only 9mths but didn't actually let go and take her first steps on her own for a while. (She was 11mths) Then my twins were walking on their own at around 10mths.

Hey
DD has been doing those things for about a month (shes 9 months) (bar clapping but she waves hello and goodbye) I just let DD go as I know she is a quick learner last nght she let go of the table and was standing by herself for a minute just looking, didn't try to walk but I think our girls will get there very quickly.

and my DS can say yeh, arr boo and can nearly say mum, he can sit up, they all do different things, no need to stop wat shes doing.

Just let her go, My brother walked at 9 months of age (seems so little!)
My neice was saying Dada at the age of 5 months old.
All children are different and they all develop at different speeds, I Don't think you should stop her, just watch and enjoy :D

Sounds normal to me, and like a pp mentioned; all children are different...some get there earlier than other's. :)
I was running by 9 months! ;)

All kids will develop differently... there's a little 6-month-old who's here regularly, and he cannot yet roll (he's trying to but his arm gets stuck).
DD, however, was up on all fours by his age, trying her hardest to crawl (she was from 5 months, but didn't manage to get there until 7 months). She was also commando crawling at his age.
At your daughter's age, I'd say Chanel was doing the same things.
I'd not try to push, just wait and let her do it when she's ready...

ive just watched ds, i encourage from the sidelines:D
he is great, he is walking around the house, there is nothing cuter :cloud9:
I think that all children should be encouraged to try activities that are just that little bit beyond where they are now, no matter what their age.
I don't think there is any cause for worry about your daughter's development as it is well within what one would expect for a girl of her age.
