Hi everyone

I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with twins and dont look much larger than i originally was... i was wondering if anyone was in the same situation?

I'm nearly 17 weeks (on Thursday) with twins and havn't gaing even 100 grams. I am worries too and get the whole "oh I didn't even notice you are pregnant, are you sure there are two in there?" I feel like saying "nah I'm joking. I thought it would be funny to trick a complete nosey stranger?' :confused: Anyway as long as you are healthy and bubs are growing and kicking away in there you will be fine. I have my first hospital appointment tomorrow and will be getting checked so I will pop back in and let you know what they say (although everyone's different). My bump is definately growing so I'm guessing I'm losing weight elsewhere due to all day/night sickness and running around after my other two monkeys. I had put on heaps more weight with my first two single pregnancies by now but was over the sickness by now too so that explains it. Plus I have NO appetite with these monkeys? Anyone else the same? Feels like there is just no room in there for food?

:hugs: I'm 16weeks, and just starting to get a belly now. although you woldn't pick that i'm pregnant just yet - looks like i'm just a bit tubby! I lost 8kg in the first month from :barf: but have put 4 of it back on, so it's slowly coming back. This is also my 3rd pregnancy, so I was expecting to be HUGE about now!

My OB is doing growth scans every 2-3weeks, so i know the babies are growing well, so it's more than likely that your bubs are just fne as well. Are you having a morph scan? That will most likely be very soon if you are, so you can see for yourself that thay are growing just fine.

I'm 10 weeks and don't really look that different .. I look chubby, that's it. I can't wait to have a belly and have them kick, I just hate these early weeks when you wake up feeling "normal" , I've had a few scans and all is well inside, still hate these early weeks ;)

hi i am 17 wks and i started showing at 9wks i had a belly of a 14wk pregnancy. i was quite slim and my belly started popping out. i know look about 6mnths along. i had really bad nausea at about 7wks and the dr gave me some steroids to make me have an appetite. i ate enough for 3 poeple at times and i put on 8kg over the xmas break. i had to wean of the tablets and since i have no appetite i have to force myself to eat sometimes. i drink milk and sustegen to get me through if i really cant eat. i havnt put on anymore weight it is just the same. but my belly is growing still. i think everyone is different and the babies could be sitting towards your back at the moment. you might all of a sudden pop out. if the scans show that everything is ok thats good but its hard to keep believing it once you walk out of the surgery and cant see them constantly or feel them. i have only just started feeling tiny butterflies and its not everyday. i cant wait for my 19wk scan to really see that all is good and they are growing properly and that my big belly isnt due to overeating.

Can we add pictures of our bumps and what week they were taken!? Im 28 weeks. It annoys the s*** out of me constantly hearing about how small i am, and its not a 'lucky you' being small, its like hmmm whats wrong with you! Its really rude of people and not the thing you want to hear...god people are so stupid
