My son keep on coming into our bed at night and it's just too squashy. He is so restless we don't get a decent sleep. When I try to take him back to his bed he cries so I end up giving in. I am thinking of trying a rewards chart, has anyone found them a success in this situation?his room is nice and calm, he has a night light and soft toys but none of it helps. Thanks.

we tried EVERYTHING with our daughter (also 3) and nothing worked. i guess when she is half asleep she does not really remember what we have talked about.

in the end we gave up and bought her a blow up bed. it was an 'in the night garden' one so she loved it from the get go and was happy enough to sleep in it on our floor rather then our bed......:yelclap: good enough for me.

but funnily enough we moved our youngest daughter who is 10 months into her room abotu 2 weeks ago and since then she has only come into our room twice, before that it was an every night thing

Thanks. We have our baby in our room in a cot too, I wonder if moving her into her own room would cause DS to stay in his. I don't really want to put a bed for him in our room because I don't want him to get used to it. Maybe I will move DD out and see what happens. DH and I would like some US time again.
