Suburbs within hour from GOLD COAST.

Can anyone tell me the names of some suburbs within 30-50 minuts of the Gold Coast that are cheapish to live, rent etc?

Hi,
if you're looking somewhere north of GC, halfway between Brissy and GC is Beenleigh. Surrounding areas that are nice are Woodlands, Waterford, Edens Landing, Mt Warren Park. I don't know what the rent prices are like, but assume they are 'cheaper' than areas like Ormeau, Jacobs Ridge, Windaroo, Coomera.
