Sling issues

MJ has decided she doesn't like her sling anymore :( Its not that its not comfortable, its just that she likes to jump from me to DH constantly & gets very upset if we wont let her do it :crying:

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just an "i'm more mobile & dont like being contained" phase?

I love wearing MJ & it upsets me that she doesnt like it anymore :gloomy:

I'm not a sling person, but I have carried Andrew everywhere for most of his life, so I'm an 'arms' person I guess. Andrew goes through the same stages of sometimes liking to be held and othertimes being all slippery and wanting to go from mum to dad to nanna to whoever is around, back and forth, back and forth. I think its a developmental thing, and not necessarily anything against the sling/arms.

If it comforts you any, Andrew does still have his days of liking to be held close all the time. So dont' despair that you're sling will be put away for good - chances are MJ will just be hot and cold with it until shes fully mobile IYKWIM. :)

Sounds like a phase. Bridie di this for a while, but is back to being cuddly girl in her sling again. (Great with my expanding belly:laughing: )

Lucas does the same thing. He jumps from one person to another for cuddles and then back again. But im more of a carrying person too i ony really use the sling if he's asleep and we're going out. I think its just a phase.
