is there ANYTHING I can take to stop my nose from running?!?!

I use a herbal tea called "Cheeky Cherubs Breathe Easy Tea" which I buy at an organic grocer. It contains chamomile, peppermint, and a few other herbs which escape me.

I find it as effective as using a nasal decongestant spray, and I have converted some of my co-workers to it as well.

It is made by Sonnentor. A good organic shop should be able to help you get some. I keep a full box on hand at home, and one in my desk drawer.
