Need help regarding ttc

:confused: Hi im new to this whole ttc thing, so forgive me if i don't make any sense. Im just wondering if you have to be ovulating to get pregnant or is there a chance that u can still get pregnant anyday of your cycle?? might be a stupid question... just curious as dp and i bd the day after af finished and didn't use any contraception.

u have to be ovulating to fall pregnant... no egg no baby :)

But in saying that, sperm can live up to five days so if u have unprotected sex and ovulate several days later u are still in with a chance... and some people will ovulate close to AF finishing... i hope things turn out the way u want

Thanks for ur reply, i feel a bit silly... i kind of knew what u said already, I got pregnant without even trying to with my daughter, the first time actually... i must of just been ovulating at the time.
