View Full Version : Just moved to South/East Sydney & DD is lonely
Hi,
Iv just moved from Brisbane to Sydney with my 3 year old DD & havn't had much luck finding social activities for her to attend.
Once school holidays are over I would like to enroll her in ballet or gym or somthing but can't find anything for us to do in the mean time?
Can anybody help?:)
We are living at Pagewood.

Hi there
I live in Randwick and I have a 4 year old boy. We go to Lollipops at Fox Studios once a week, and we often go to Clovelly Bay when it isn't too hot.
Would love to catch up some day

There is another South Coogee Mama here who might be into that...
 Hi,
Lollipops at Fox Studios sounds fun, would it be really crowded during the holidays?
Id love to take DD.
Perhaps we could arrange somthing for the week school goes back?
Hi,
I live in Alexandria and sometimes go to Little Dynamos in Waterloo. Not sure what goes on during the holidays but I am looking for a nice playgroup on a wed, thurs or fri as the one I went to is on a Monday and I now work then.
I would like to meet up if you go to Lollipops my son is 18 months.
Spring - if your daughter would like soccer there is a tiny tots class at Inshape Eastgardens on a wed and fri 11.30am $12. I took DS but he is a bit too young :baby:

Sydney Festival has lots of cool, free things to do with kids....
Also, Brent Street @ Fox Studios is a fantastic place for your DD to dance at...
Mum2son- Soccor sounds right up my DDs ally! Do you know if it runs in the holidays?
I would really like to have a meet at lollipops with everyone, I just hope I can find my way there lol Im still getting used to Sydney traffic:o
Does anyone want to throw a date out there or should we wait until holidays are over to arrange somthing?
Yes the Tiny Tots soccer is running now, although Wednesdays are busier than Fridays as he only just started this day.
I would love to come and meet too, if it is a day that I'm not at work.

Hi, I lived in surry hills, my daughter goes to a Mandarin play group called Mandarin mandarin bilingual centre, it's very fun, and she can learn something.
