I've never had breakthrough bleeding before in a cycle, but today that's exactly what I've had. I'm very confused as I have no idea what to think.

Last BD was CD4 and it would seem I O'd early around CD10 and now on CD13 I have break through spotting :confused: Could it possibly be implantation spotting?

I'm rather confused but can't see how it could be implantation spotting if BD was 6 days before O :confused:

:wave: Tasma, breakthrough bleeding is different to implantation bleeding. Breakthrough bleeding is when the egg actually releases...

From your positive OPK or temperature shift it can take up to 36 hours for the egg to actually release, so if you O'd say CD10/11, the egg may not have released till up to 36 hours after that so that is probably the bleeding you have experienced. And its quite normal to have it some cycles and not others.

I would of thought that it was too early for implantation bleeding.

It could be possible if you actually 0'd a couple of days earlier than thought, say CD 6 or 7 for example, if you did, it takes about 7days for implantation, so that could fit :yes: if you O'd earlier
