Had Period for a MONTH!!! Driving me nuts.. Any Suggestions...

Hi Everyone

Sorry for this one but I have had a really LIGHT period for a month. Its driving me nuts.. I am on the pill.. This is my second period since giving birth. First was ok just really heavy. This one I just can't shake. Anyone else experienced this?? I am going to doctor tommorow but I am not really sure he can do anything. So Annoying and getting expensive!!!!!!!!!!! I heard somewhere there is natural remedy you can take to get more regular.

It takes a while for your cycle to get going reguarly again, but its probably best that you're getting it checked ot via a doctor.

I havent had a period yet since giving birth so I can't help too much :p

i have had a similar problem except mine has been going on now for 9 weeks. i had a depo shot 31/2 months ago and another one 2 weeks ago. the dr said that my hormones are unbalanced due to me being on birth control and having stopped breastfeeding. she said it can take a few weeks for it to stablise. you might need to have a slightly higer dose of the pill while you are breastfeeding until everything stablises.

it is so annoying. it is a times like this that i miss being pregnant. (not including the 24/7 sickness though)

9 weeks, you poor thing. Crikey I hope it doesn't last that long. Its so light but just won't go away. See what doctor says tomorow.. Thanks Guys

yep mine is heavy enough to have to wear something but not that much. i can get away with wearing a panty liner and it is bearly enough to fill that in a 24 hour period. i don't need to wear a liner to bed but i do during the day. that is how light it is. so i know i am not bleeding to death. i do have an appointment today at the drs so i will let you know what they can do. if anything.
