Just wondering if anyone can suggest a non-denominational church in the Oxenford/Helensvale area? We are new to these kinds of churches, I used to be Catholic but lost touch with my faith and my husband has only recently discovered his which in turn has helped me rediscover my own. Only problem is I really don't want to return to the Catholic church (and hubby doesn't either) and my husband has been attending a prysbetarian (sp?) church which I am not interested in either. So we have come to an agreement that we want a more youth focused non-denominational church in our local community as we are both in our late 20s with 2 young boys and have few friends locally. Have heard of a great one at Southport called "Set Free" I think but it's not really local for us unfortunately. Can anyone recommend anywhere? Thanks. :)

Have posted this in the Religious section too but thought I might get more response in the gold coast section so posted it here too.

Hello!! :)

I use to attend a non-denominational church myself, I stopped going to church myself a couple of years ago... I have a old friend who lives in Pac Pines who goes to a church I think its either in Helensvale or Westfield... let me just try to remember the name of it...

I cant seem to think of the name she went to or still goes to but have searched some up for u, I did find one in helensvale, Ill pm u the info as we are not aloud to post details of this kind of stuff on forums as anyone can read posts...

Hope its not too late & if u have found a home church already, hope you have settled in well & u are feeling at home!
