for about a week or 2 now i haven't been eating much, we only have cereal or toast for breakfast and for some reason i've gone off them and they are just 'boring'' lol. so i don't usually eat breakfast, then at lunch time there isn't much around for eating that isn't dinner food so i just have a peice of fruit or something little and wait for dinner, then when dinner comes someimtes i'm so hungry i eat heaps, other times i'm not so i just eat not even a plate full...i'm not starving myself or anything like that, just no food in the house or anything, but i'm just woried that my breastmilk would be affected?
will DD still be getting enough? does the body make enough even if there isn't much in there? will she still be getting things from what i am eating?

How about some fruit for breakfast? At this time of year there are some lovely varieties of stone fruit around. Please look after yourself so you can look after your small person the best way you can.:yes:

You definitely need to make sure you eat enough food - and enough nutrients to keep yourself and your baby healthy.
Don't worry about what's considered breakfast food or dinner food - it's all food so it doesn't matter what you eat at what time of day as long as you have a balanced diet.
I don't like cereal much so I often eat "dinner food" for breakfast. Might seem a bit weird to some but it's still nutritious.

monkey&mum - your right in what you said.. if you eat better you might feel alot better..
because at the moment if you dont eat well then your dd will take the much needed nutrients away from you.. and hence why your spose to eat a well balanced diet and enough protiens ect :ecomcity:
im not giving you a lecture other wise id be a hypocrite :o
:hugs::hugs: take care
