Gastroentinitis

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone can tell me if Gastroentinitis can be passed on to other babies like a flu?? My sisters 1 year old has it she was taken to the hospital on saturday doctors said thats what it was.Its just that my bub bryce spent the day with her wondering if he might have it as he had two very runny poos last night.How do i know if it is Gastroentinitis???

Gastro is a very contagious bug. My eldest had it last week all week and everyday i washed hands after touching him, sprayed glen 20 to kill germs etc all to keep it from our 4 month old baby.we were lucky it didnt spread. Just keep your eye on him and keep up the fluids or rind your dr if not sure hope he is ok
