Hi guys
How fast has the past 6 months gone !! :yes:
Seeing as we chat alot about our bubbies milestones etc in our november thread i thought it would be fun to put here your bub's official 6 month stats so we can all see how much they have grown... what do you think?
November mums jump in, copy and paste below into your post and show us all how well your baby is doing, its so much fun to read about you all..

The past 6 months have flown so fast :eek: Before you know it they'll be 1 :smiliedance:

Birthweight - 3.220kg (7lb 1) Length 50cm Head Circ. 33.5cm
Weight - 7.45kg (16lb 9)
Length - Was 65cm at the beginning of May - i think though she's longer than that cause a previous measurement was 66.5?
Head circ - 42.3? i think from the graph
rolling - Sometimes if she feels like it but not the whole way from back to front - only does it most of the way to grab something usually
sitting - Yes
crawling - No but trying to drag herself along on tummy hasnt got the idea of the legs yet
no. of solids meals a day - 3 after boob.
teeth - not as yet but wont be long - everyones saying how lumpy her gums are
sleeping through - Whats That - I wish ;) I think we had 2 x 8hr sleeps over the last 6 months :rolleyes:
Laughing - Alot when she finds something funny like me going OWWW when she bites me feeding Ouch
Clapping - Getting there gradually sorta puts fists together now but hasnt worked out to open hands lol
Weigh - 8kg (at 5.5mths)
Length - 72cm (at 5.5mths)
Head circ - 43.5cm (at 5.5mths)
rolling - Yes, all over the place :laughing:
sitting - only with support
crawling - Nope...but started rocking on all fours yesterday (6mths 4days)
no. of solids meals a day - one ( started solids 2 weeks ago)
teeth - None
sleeping through - sometimes...wakes once most nights
Facts about Jack (born 13th of Nov)
Weigh - at least 9.5kgs (was over a week ago) - budda baby :)
Length - 72 cms
Head circ -46.5 cms
rolling - both ways and quite fast around the floor now... I have had to move lots of things :D
sitting - has been sitting since about 5 months?? very stable... we dont use a highchair anymore... just sit on the floor to eat.. Jack could actually sit before he could roll over- he was a late roller (can see more when sitting up :) )
crawling - yes... but backwards :laughing: - he has been rocking for ages.. and even gets up onto his palms and TOES... but cant get the whole idea of going FORWARD..
no. of solids meals a day - 4 bottles... 3 solids (1 fruit... 1 vege ... 1 cereal) - has been on solids since 4 1/2 months.. due to being a piggy ..
teeth - got 2 on bottom at 4 1/2 months.. there must be more coming .. if slobber is any indication ???
sleeping through - was a really early sleeper... has slept through since 5 weeks old (with the exception of needles... will not sleep though that night)
awesome idea for a thread samsmum ... it will be great to see how all the bubbas are doing!!! half way to our first birthday .. how SCARY!!!

What a great thread! I am just going to guess the stats that were done when he was officially 6 months
Weigh - 7.87kgs
Length - 68cms
Head circ - 42cm
rolling - Yes
sitting - Yes
crawling - Yes, and pulling himself up to stand
no. of solids meals a day - 3 on most days
teeth - 2 on the bottom
sleeping through - Nope! lol
He is such a clever boy! :D Can't believe how fast this 6 months has gone, they will all be one in no time! lol

i no its happy half birthday time what happened to my little baby he is growing way to FAST!
Weigh - 9.4 kgs
Length - 71cm
Head circ -44.1
rolling - yup yup
sitting - only for a little while then we have a little crash
crawling - camandoo!
no. of solids meals a day - 2 fruit or custard for lunch vegies for dinner{potato sweet potato and pumpkin}
teeth - 2 just starting to show now !
sleeping through - yup been sleeping through since 3 months old bed at 7.30-8.30 untill 5-6.30am after a bottle hopes in to bed wit mummy and we both go back to bed untill 10 am haha i love that he sleeps in too!!! {unless we have to be sumwhere then mummy makes him get up and he is not happy lol

rolling - both ways on the odd occassion and when SHE feels like it (Gabrielle thinks - why roll when you can just lay there?
Sitting - with support
Crawling - Yeah Right!!! Princesses DO NoT crawl they are carried ! aren't they??:rolleyes:
no. of solids meals a day - Had her first teaspoon of rice cereal today and gave the look of "why the hell wasnt I given this weeks ago???
teeth - no sign as yet but LOTS of slobber - also had her first Rusk yesterday and judging by the mess now I know why I didnt give it to her earlier
sleeping through - YES :yelclap: from 5 weeks of age
Avee was born 2 November 2005
weighed 3750 grams

rolling - only off the bed!
Sitting - now sits alone and goes onto stomach by himself! that happened just then!
Crawling - only backwards
no. of solids meals a day - one and that is too much for him
teeth - no, still a gummi bear
sleeping through - very occassionally
laughing - all the time
clapping- looking forward to this one and waving will be next

he is now 6 months and 4 days old

rolling - yes
Sitting - for a litle bit but then falls over
Crawling - only backwards
no. of solids meals a day - caleb has his ferax in the morning and maybe a custard at lunch then at tea he soemtimes has lamb/vegies but he sleeps through tea sometimeslol
teeth - Yes two at the bottom
sleeping through - yes always has been sonce birth
laughing - all the time
clapping- not just yet but trying to

Teeth: NO
Sleeping through::smiliedance: Yep has done since 5wks (before that would only wake once from birth)
Laughing: With clown brothers like hers you'd laugh constantly too!
Clapping: Not quite
She will also let people know if she wants them to pick her up!

Only new to the November thread, but here are my little girl's statistics....
Born: 21 November 2005
Birth weight: 3.44kgs (7 pound 5oz)
Birth length: 49.5cms
Head circumfrence: 35cms
6 months
Weight: 8.2kgs ( 18 pound 1oz)
Length: 68cms
Head circumfrence: 44.5cms
Rolling: From her belly to back, and from her back to her side. She is content with the different veiw it brings! lol
Sitting: With support, can manage it on her own for little amounts of time though.
Crawling: Not yet. She does now get her bum up in the air and rock a little, but hasn't figured out she neesd to be up on her hands awell!
Number of Soilds per day: Slowly getting onto two.
Teeth: No, but lots of drooling (has been for months now).
Sleeping through: Not anymore :( She wakes once, twice if its a bad night before her early morning feed.
Laughing: Constanly. Would love to know what she is thinking.... She also has a "cough" and finds it hilarious when other people cough!
Clapping: Not yet.
Her Aunties and Uncles are certain she can say 'hey', and it sounds like she says 'maaaaaaa' when she is crying!
Can't believe how fast it has gone! Before we know it, we will be planning the birthday party!
So i have finally had E's 6 month check up!

Rolling: Has ONCE now from back to front but is still a lazy boy!

Teeth: No, but soooo much drool!
Sleeping through: Yup since 8 weeks old !
Laughing: all the time especially at his crazy older brother!
Clapping: Not yet
An absolute chatter box!!!!! so much more than Samuel ever was at this age

I am sorry to impose on the November babies, but I can't see a December one and my little Gabriella was born 2/12/06 so I feel she almost made it in November. Therefore, I am going to post her stats as she is 6mnths and 1 week, hope its ok with everyone.
Weigh - 8.5kg
Length - 67cm
Head circ -45 cm
rolling - yes has done since 3mnths but both ways since 4/12 mnths
sitting - yes but only for 10mins then gets tired on falls on her tummy
crawling - camando only but is trying very hard to get those knees up
no. of solids meals a day - 3 when I have time but usually two
teeth - I wish as I am so sick of the pain as is she, very lumpy hopefully soon.
sleeping through 2 out of 3 nights a week.
laughs - at her brother
no clapping hands yet
transfers rusk from hand to hand
and talks all the time, mimicks her brother.
starting to try and wave.

DOB: 26th November 05 (10 days overdue)
BW: 4.1kg (9lb 1oz)
Length: 56.5cm long
Head Circ: 37cm
6 months stats
Weigh - 6.85kg
Length - 70cm
Head circ - 45.5cm
rolling - yes...from back to belly lots but doesn't like going the other way
sitting - only with support
crawling - no
no. of solids meals a day - none. We started at 6 months and she started waking up more during the night...I don't need that!
teeth - none
sleeping through - has done 9 times in her life, usually up 2-3 times. Last night was every half hour (she has her first cold though so it's a bit different!)
Hahaha! I'm soooooo observant! I only just found this thread, Tracey!!! lol Silly me. Well, they are now 7 months! I'll still put Eden's 6 month stats on here, though.
Weight - dropped off this month :( 6.4 kilos (10th percentile)
Length - 62 cms (25th percentile)
Head circ - 42.5cms (50th percentile :laughing: to fit in all the brains!!)
rolling - Finally!!!! 5.5 months, really well at 6 months.
sitting - Not yet. (Nearly there!)
crawling - Nope! Lifting self up and moving in circles.
no. of solids meals a day - 1
teeth - None, just lots of drool!
sleeping through - Yep, sleeping for 11-12 hours at night with three day naps.

Just new to this site, its Great! My little man was born 7th November 05... He is such a gorgeous happy little man, light of our lives!!!

Weigh - 9.1kg (He's a big boy!)
Length - 67cm
Head circ -
rolling - yes and rocking on his knees, sooooo funny...
sitting - yep
crawling - trying to!
no. of solids meals a day - 3
teeth - none yet, but is teething and drooling everywhere!
sleeping through - YES!!! Only in the last week, hoping it lasts..
He is nearly 8 months can you believe it!!!
