Not sure if you're after girls or boys, but I bought my 2 1/2 yo boy navy ones with 2 x velcro straps and light up soles from Target about 4 weeks ago. Cost about $13. Tag said more but when I went to pay, the amount was less. Not sure if it was a sale but I was happy!

He loves them! Spent about 3 days just jumping and even when sitting would stamp his feet to keep them flashing!
