Mums & Bubs walking groups?!

Hi there, I love to walk with bubby and know of one really good walking group on Mondays at Jerrabomberra. It seems to get the endorphins happening and helps me get through some of the trying times during the day. But I'd like to walk another day of the week with some other mums. Does anyone know of any other groups I could join in Canberra?

i have seen big groups doing them around the lake at belconnen (gindererra) (sp?)

Thanks, Being new to Canberra I think Belconnen is a bit far from Jerrabomberra. I was wondering if you knew of any around Lake Burley Griffen?

Hi - i don't know of any - but if you find out i'd love to go to!! I'm down in Tuggeranong - if you want we could meet up for a walk around Lake Tuggeranong one day?

It's amazing, I've been asking around and the only one is the Jerrabomberra one that people know of. We usually have a fitness instructor with us and I asked her about starting some more up! The next weeks will be busy with Chrissy..(And I'm off to Queensland!) Yay!! But maybe we can organise it for next year..early after all the choccys and potato bakes..ha,ha...lets stay in touch.

Hi Cheryl78, We've just moved to Canberra and my bub is just 11 days older than yours, i don't think we are that far from you, we live in wanniassa, wondering if you were still keen on walking? Or just a cuppa even?
