Hi all,
My partner and I are currently TTC. I am a bit confused as my last period started on Oct 26th, and I have been testing for over a week now. I usually have between a 28 or 30 day cycle, so usually I would have been finished AF by now!?! But all my tests have come up negative?? I have had some uncomfortable feelings in my stomach but I don't know if this is AF coming or pregnancy. Is it possible to get a positive so late after AF is due??? I don't know what to do as all the tests are negative but no AF grrrrrrrr:no:
Thanks!!!

Hi Hun
Things really look positive for you. I would probably go and have a blood test. As it possible to be pregnant but it not show up on a home pregnancy test.
Fingers crossed and Good Luck :flowerz:.

It is def possible to get a positive test result after being sooo late for AF..i didnt get a positive test until i was about 8 weeks pregnant..in that time i had a negative blood test & loads of negative HPT! finally i got a light positive which got darker each day & was confirmed from a blood test
I would recommend going to get a blood test

Perhaps you ovulated late and so your cycle could be a bit out of whack? (In other words it may still be too early for a positive result.) If you still don't have AF by thursday I'd test again- let us know!!!!!!!:D
Here's hoping:goodvibes::goodvibes::goodvibes:

Hi Ash:wave:
Wanna here something funny.... my last AF started on 27 Oct, im on a 28-30 day cycle so obviously last week....and nothing no AF and all negative tests. Had a blood test last wednesday and BFN!!!!!! Did a test last night and BFN!!!!
So anything that may work for you pleeeeease let me know cause I'm pulling my hair out:hair:
hey tammy,
thought I'd let you know how I went yesterday since we were in the same situation with late AF and no BFP. Well I got the blood test done yesterday and it was a BFN as expected.
But I also had tests run on just about every hormone in my body and turns out I might have an over-active thyroid problem :crying:
Am going back tomorrow to find out more, but one of the symptoms is a light and irregular period, which I have had since being off the pill. This could make it very diffucult to get UTD :(
I'm sure you have no such thing, but there are lots of things they can test for to make sure you're in peak fertility, so it can't hurt to ask for them all. Good luck hon :thumbsup:
