my daughter sleeps to much

hey guys not quite sure what to do my 4 month old daughter sleeps for 16 hours a night plus 2 2hour naps during the day. she keeps getting the same virus and the doctors dont know what to do i am worried about her because she just wont put on weight and everyone keeps telling me not to worry but as she is 4 months old and is 5.6kgs (born at 4.15kgs) i dont know what to do she drinks 5-6 240ml bottles so not much play time. i would really appreciate some feedback im 19years old and its a bit distressing to be young and have a sick baby.

i dont think its a growth spurt she has done this since she was 3 days old

I'd be asking for a referral to a paed for her for further investigation. My bub slept a lot too (but she had been prem) and for me the problem was I wasn't feeding her enough - but that was b/f) I haven't got my kids weights with me but my second was a really tiny weight gainer, but I thinkg it would be best to find out what is going on with her immune system too.
