View Full Version : Booster seat or cushion for table
Hi, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me. I have a nearly 4 year old who is of course out of high chairs but when we all sit at the table for dinner she is to short for the table and hence wiggles and squirms the whole meal! I have tried sitting her on a cushion but she ends up slipping off. Has anyone found anything or thought of anything that would boost her up a little and make her more comfortable? I do have one of the plastic portable high chairs but my 2 year old uses that!
Thanks. ;)

Hi I always found that the phone book worked well and it isn't real slippery either and the child can usually be pushed right up to the table :)

I have a Fisher & Price booster seat that you strap to the dining room chair.
You can push your child in at the table or use it with a tray like a high chair. It has different height levels too. If I had of known about this before buying a highchair I never would have got the highchair. This is so much better and it grows with the child.
