Libido and TTC

Hi everyone

I have almost no libido and we will be TTC soon.

Anyone else TTC with no libido. In the past DH and I have gone YEARS (yes years!) without doing it.:eek:

Any tips on how to increase libido. DH always wants to do it, but I am not interested normally, but it is the only way to get another baby. DH needs to work on his technique too, mind you.:( Or maybe he is the problem:confused::confused:)

We are more like friends than lovers.

Who else is in the same boat?

hmmmm well i don't go yrs, but i also don't do it quite often enough to make sure we are always covered

I guess it sounds like it may be important to help ur DH work on his technique ;) and then u may become more interested if it will actually be FUN! Obviously ur married to ur Dh for a reason and i think it is really easy to fall into being happy with the intimacy that comes from just being with someone rather than in a physical sense. Perhaps there are other issues that u guys need to work on...

Things like depression, anxiety, hormone imbalances certain meds etc can decrease libido are any of these issues u can relate to? UIf so, u may find getting help in these areas may help increase libido too!

I'm sorry that i'm not much help is giving specific strategies but perhaps these are things u havent thought about...
