Did your contractions stop?

I am currently 40+5 days. Yesterday and the night before I was having contractions. They were coming every 5 to 7 minutes and painful, but because this is my second baby I know they were nothing like active labour. Last night however they stopped and they havent started again this morning. Has anyone else experienced this.

i experienced the same thing, i got to 5 mins apart for 2 hours and then they just stopped.

they returned the next day and were very irregular. However the next night they came hard and strong and labour was definetly on...
bubs was born the next day.
Hang in there, things could start very soon...

Your baby will be moving into a better birthing position. Pre-labour even with contractions like this can take a while. Do some rocking and standing leaning forward to help your little one out.
