empleton?

i have a friend who is thinking of moving to WA, to some where called Embleton or Empleton? not sure which one it is, or if that's right...but she's due to have a baby in a few months [when she moves] and wants to make sure there are baby shops she can buy things from and shops like kmart or target or coles, and is there any massage places or beauty places for after she has her baby?

Embleton is a suburb north of perth, near Morley.

There is a major shopping centre (Galleria) in Morley ...with Target, Kmart, Myer, ToysRus etc there .... so will be fairly close.
