Feedback for BBH Magicalls?

Has anyone tried the Baby Beehind Magicalls? What's your review? Is the large size quite a good "large" or rather on the smaller side of large? Thanks for any feedback!

i love magic-alls, i sold all my ittis recently to buy more.

the new ones with the pockets though, the older ones arent very good.

their sizes are good, i find them to be true to size so if they say medium then they are a medium. but they are probably on the larger size compared to other nappies, but not hugely large....a comfortable large.. but i think they are wonderful :)

Love 'em they work a treat! Not the prettiest of the pretty ones out there but they are good solid nappies & I will definitaly buy more when I have the money.

Awesome nappy and the large was just about all that would fit my DS when he was at the end of nappy use time :thumbsup:

OMG i love them. I ordered 4 a few weeks ago and last night i just ordered another 15 of the regular ones which means i get another 5 free and i ordered 9 minky ones so i get another 3 of those free.

I ordered large - they look huge but they fit both my kids great - DD is 2.5 and weighs 12 kilos and DS is 12 months and weighs 9 kilos.

They have a great special on for nov - try them now before the special finishes. :)

I LOVE my magic-Alls. :yes:

They are great, last a while and wash up REALLY well.
Would make a fantastic workhorse nappy (mine are).

Great Nappy :thumbsup: The older style ones don't last for long, but the new pocket style are brilliant. The L are bigger sized L, and the minkee ones are evena little bigger than the PUL.

:yes: The older ones were average but the newer pocket ones are fantastic!

i have 4 of the older pocket style (the clearance ones off the website) and lol i have 4 more due any day...i love the velcro ones (tho i have 2 snaps). they do take a while to dry (the micrifibre soaker pad in the nappy) but the booster is quick and when i have had them in the sun half a day i just carefully turn them inside out and then put them back on the line. haven't had a poo leak yet, and as DD is BF (and quite umm poosplosioney) and a good defence against those leaks is what gives me the tick of approval :noel: (i love this emoticon!)

only problem I've had is that DS loves to poo in them!:laughing: I have 4 so far, and as I was hanging them out this morning, I noticed all of them had been pooed in:rolleyes:

I love mine, I mainly have the minkys & I have 8 more to arrive soon (bought 6 so got 2 free!)

I don't like them. The leg elastic is quite thin and tight and it isn't sewn at the edge of the nappy. That means it tends to leak around the legs. Even though the elastic is snug on the thighs, some of the lining of the nappy contacts with clothing or the 'outside world' and wicks badly.

They are cute, that's for sure, but I need a nappy that holds it all in most of the time.

I love mine to death! I'm getting another 6 in the next few weeks, so disappointed that we had a huge bill come in and I couldn't get extra with their big sale last month :crying:

Did you know they do 4 month laybys? I laybyed 6 at beginning of Nov & got the 2 extras for free, was able to pay them off before the end of Nov so laybyed another 6, getting another 2 free with that.
Hopefully they'll have another sale soon :)

I used my size small on my DD and loved it way better compared to the other minky brand that always leak for me. Unfortunatly I only ordered one size small to try and the other seven I have are mediums so it will be a while until they fit her. I will be ordering more. i love the minky and while the smooth are not as pretty they work and that is the main thing!!! I love them!
I always hang my BG and magicalls and GK shells inside out on the line so the sun can do its work on any stains....... is this wrong? Could I be damaging them?? Thanks :)
