i need a cake recipe or biscuits of some kind of sweet treat type thing recipe, but it needs to be without dairy, wheat and sugar :o
does any body have anything????

I found this link to a recipe on an American sight, but it converts to metric. It's for a sugar free applesauce cake. I am not keen on using artificial sweeteners, especially if kiddies are eating it as I just don't know how safe they are. I like the fact that this recipe uses applesauce to sweeten it. Although, it mentions using "Apple butter" :confused: I have no idea what that is or if we can even get it in Australia. I wonder if you can use normal butter in it's place?

Damn, just realised it's got wheat :doh: Sorry.....

I don't think you can just substitute non gluten flours in baking, as it's the gluten that helps it stick together.
