I absolutely love the nickname Fin....but besides Julia Roberts little boy Phinneas, does anyone know of a full-name that could potentially be shortened to Fin? Thanks!

I think Finn is a name in itself
Finn is a name in itself, and there is also Finbar to consider.
I also know of another boy called Finlay, whose nickname is Fin

Finlay (fin-lay) or Findlay/Findley (fin-lee) were the first thing i thought of. i love the name Findlay, unfortunately it doesn't go with our last name at all.

Okay, put yourself in the mindset of his future schoolmates.
Now try to resist calling him "Fick"
Finn is a name in itself, and there is also Finbar to consider.
Finbar is fantastic!! This is where Barry derives from.
Fintan is nice too.

Finnigan?
What was that song??
There was an old man called michael(?) finnigan
he had whiskers on his chinnigan
lol
Finnigan's wake's a cool song too though!
I love Finn - Oliver was going to be Finley but DH didn't like it with our surname so we named him Oliver Finley but I think I prefer Finlay over Finley now.
i love that name too. The only thing i thought it was short for was Finlay.
Nice name

My nephew is also Finn. His mum calls him finnegan and I call him finnbar maccool.
His dad's friends call him huck (for huckelberry finn).
My son is called Fynn - same thing just different spelling - too many 'i''s in our last name!
As I named him Fynn, everyone seems to lengthen it.
My brother just named his baby Finnley, we all call him Finn.
Can be spelt Finlay, Finley, Fionnlagh (irish/ scots). It means 'white/ fair warrior'.
I like Finbar and Finnegan too.
